Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow into where you want to be. Whether we meet virtually or in-person in the Morongo Basin and Hi-Desert areas, coaching is all about giving you the tools, strategies, and encouragement to move forward with confidence and purpose. It’s personalized, it’s supportive, and it’s all about you!

General  Information

  • Format: One-on-one coaching tailored to your goals and needs.

  • Location: Virtual sessions or in-person in Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Morongo Valley, Hesperia, Apple Valley, or Victorville.

  • Session Length: Each session lasts 2 hours to ensure we have the time to explore, strategize, and create actionable steps together.

  • Availability: Flexible scheduling to fit into your busy life.

Getting the Most Out of Coaching

  • Know What You Want: You don’t need to have all the answers, but having an idea of what you’d like to work on can make the experience even more impactful.

  • Show Up Open-Minded: Growth can sometimes mean stepping out of your comfort zone. Be ready to explore new perspectives.

  • Take Notes: Jot down insights, goals, or action steps during or after the session so you can keep the momentum going.

  • Career & Goals Coaching: Whether it’s taking the next step in your career or figuring out what that step even is, we’ll work together to map out a path forward.

  • Emotional Coaching: Build resilience, reduce stress, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s emotional ups and downs.

  • Relationship Coaching: Improve communication, strengthen connections, and set boundaries that work for you.

  • Spiritual Coaching: Dive deeper into what brings you meaning and peace, whether it’s mindfulness, reflection, or something else entirely.

Preparing for Your Session

  • Create Your Space: For virtual sessions, find a quiet, comfortable, and private place where you can focus.

  • Bring Your Thoughts: Whether it’s a specific challenge or a general sense of wanting more, we’ll build from where you are.

  • Be Ready to Engage: This is your time, so make the most of it by showing up fully and honestly.

Policies

  • Each session is two hours long, giving us plenty of time to dive deep into what matters most.

  • If you purchase a three-session bundle, you’ll need to use all sessions within three months.

  • No refunds are available after the first session has been completed.

  • Need to reschedule? No problem—just let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations will count as completed.

  • Coaching sessions are one-on-one only, so please don’t bring visitors or other participants.

  • Virtual sessions work best when you’re in a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection.

  • In-person sessions are available in the Morongo Basin and Hi-Desert areas, including Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, and beyond.

  • Coaching isn’t therapy, and it’s important to understand the difference. This is about personal growth and goal-setting, not mental health treatment.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Everything we discuss is confidential, with exceptions only as required by law.

Pricing

Single Session Rates:

  • Student (K12-College): $60

  • Needs-Based: $75

  • Adult: $100

 

Three-Session Bundle:

  • Students: $150

  • Needs-Based: $180

  • Adults: $240
